We at Shaping Child Development Center strive to provide high-quality services and programs to support children’s growth and development. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for services purchased through our Website or directly at our center.

1. General Conditions

• All services (assessments, therapy sessions, workshops, programs, and consultations) are provided by qualified professionals with utmost care.
• By enrolling or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

1. Advance Payments for Services Not Availed:
   • If you cancel before the first session/service begins, you may be eligible for a refund (subject to administrative charges).
2. Session Cancellations by Us:
   • If we cancel a session or program without offering an alternative date/time, a full refund will be provided for the cancelled portion.
3. Duplicate/Incorrect Payments:
   • If a payment is accidentally made more than once, or a billing error occurs, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If services (therapy sessions, workshops, programs) have already been availed in full or part.
• If you miss or fail to attend scheduled sessions (unless prior cancellation as per Section 4).
• If you are dissatisfied with outcomes of therapy/programs, as results vary from child to child.
• If cancellation is requested after the program/session has commenced.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Requests to reschedule a booked session must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be considered as a “no-show” and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternate dates in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., therapist unavailability).

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
• Transaction charges, gateway fees, or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.
